The Fix Foundation is a high volume, low cost spay/neuter clinic working to make a difference in our community. There are no income restrictions, and it doesn’t matter where you live.
Our Clinic
Our clinic was built in 2009 and we are honored to have served more than 40,000 clients to date. We recently completed an expansion of our facility to better serve our community.
Scheduling a Surgery Appointment
Scheduling an appointment for a spay or neuter starts with a phone call to our clinic. Give us a call at (270) 586-6600. If we are unable to answer the phone immediately, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number and we will return your call to get you scheduled. All surgery appointments must be made directly through our clinic office and prepayment of the procedure is needed to confirm and secure the surgery date. When you have a surgery date, please follow the drop-off time given so we can keep everyone on schedule. We look forward to serving you.
The Fix Foundation
Our surgeries are by appointment only. We have a walk-in clinic on Wednesdays from 10 -2 for vaccines, heartworm & FeLV / FIV testing, microchipping and nail trims. Over-the-counter sales of preventative flea & heartworm medications are available Tues – Friday 10 – 2 and Saturdays 10 – 1. We are closed Sunday & Monday.
